How tutoring works

Sessions and rates

Tutoring is one-to-one, normally in your home, within the communities listed on this site. The rate is $90 per hour. Rates may change with reasonable notice; a change never applies to a session already booked.

No contract

There is no contract, minimum term or package to buy. You pay per session and you can stop at any time.

Cancellations

Sessions can be cancelled or moved through your account. There is no charge for cancellations.

Payment

Payment is by e-transfer or cash after sessions.

What tutoring can and cannot do

I will prepare properly, teach well, and be honest with you about progress. I cannot guarantee a particular grade, and I would be suspicious of anyone who does.

Conduct

Either of us can end the arrangement at any time, for any reason.
